Telecom is New Zealand's largest telecommunications service provider, and touches almost every New Zealander through the range of products and services they provide, and the work they do within New Zealand communities.
Telecom Retail is responsible for providing fixed line, mobile and internet services to consumers and the small/medium business market. In 2006 they required a full refresh of their Mobile Online Store to compete with the global mobile brands. This also included the development of online tools to help New Zealanders discover the best plan/tarif available to them.
